The members section of the website serves three purposes:

TRAINING

The training videos teach the implementation team how to run effective interviews with managers to ensure quality and confidentiality.

CALIBRATION

Calibration ensures the processes and methodology is consistent over time, so we can compare what we have learned over the past 18 years.

MATERIALS

Running effective interviews that are interesting for managers to participate in takes training. We need our team members to know what they are talking about, and how to discuss and understand the important issues raised by managers.
