PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Puerto Rico Department of Education (PRDE), in collaboration with researchers from the University of Toronto, Cornell University, and the University of California-Berkeley, is conducting a series of efforts aimed at obtaining a comprehensive understanding of the academic and administrative needs of leaders in the educational system. The purpose of this study is to identify the needs of school principals in order to support the comprehensive development of the educational system in Puerto Rico.
